How to apply for a grant

Before beginning your application, please carefully read the Guidance Notes

Complete the Application Form with careful consideration to the Object of the BHSF Medical and Welfare Charity.

Once you have completed your application form, please submit the following supporting information via email to enquiries@bhsfmedicalcharity.co.uk

1. Your latest annual report
2. A brief description of the project (no more than 500 words)
   with any budget or quotes identified
3. Copies of any estimates received

Please note that your application will only be considered once all information has been received.
